Really good stay!
great amenities complimentary drink scottish breakfast easy access
The room included great amenities. I appreciated the complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival. The Scottish breakfast set me up for exploring each day. It was AMAZING!!! I found the location convenient, with easy access to bus routes into the city centre.
The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom were, unfortunately, empty upon arrival.

The staff stored my luggage when I was running late. They also called a taxi for me. The bar offered a welcome drink upon arrival. I found the staff quite attentive.

fine bathroom heated floors helpful staff
The room was the best it could be. I enjoyed the fine bathroom and its heated floors. Anya and all staff, were also the best, so kind and helpful.
Soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from outside.

charming stay!!!
fantastic stay beautiful room underfloor heating
the room was beautiful. i really loved the big bed. underfloor heating added to the luxury. central heating was working perfectly too.
the hotel is a little far from the city center.

The adjacent bar is historical and has a good atmosphere. i had the scottish breakfast. The black pudding and haggis were amazing!!! the bar is managed by the hotel and is very convenient.
